I am very disappointed with the customer service. Responses have been slow, and I’ve had to keep chasing for updates. We bought doors on Black Friday with no issues regarding delivery. However, once we requested an exchange, the problems began.
We wanted to exchange the doors for the exact same style, just in a slightly narrower size. We were quoted £260 for collection of the original doors and delivery of the new size. To avoid this cost, we offered to handle the delivery ourselves and collect the correct size at the same time.
We were then told we would need to purchase the new doors upfront (which are now over £20 more expensive per item) and that a refund would only be issued once the original doors were returned and checked. We’ve already provided pictures showing doors were not opened or unpacked.
We have been dealing with this since December (today is 21/1), and the issue is still not resolved due to very slow and inconsistent communication. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

The swap over charge is given by the door supplier and is passed on to us directly; we do not make any profit from this charge. As previously advised, you are able to return the doors directly to the supplier. Once the doors have been received and checked over, this is to ensure there has been no damage in transit, a refund will be issued. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Post Sale Service
Placed an order for an in stock door. Called several days later to enquire about delivery, was told delivery was scheduled for Friday and I would receive a time slot on Thursday. No time slot received. Door turned up as we were preparing to go out as no communication re delivery, we assumed it was another day.
On unpacking the door, noted some damage.
Emailed a photo on same day as delivery. No response.
Called all Friday PM and following Monday AM, no response to the phone despite being no 1 in the queue for 40 plus minutes each time.
Sent another email Monday which the response was to send a photo, which had already been done, sent photo straight back as email stated, they wanted to sort this out that day.
No response since, it's now Wednesday and another email has been sent today and as yet, NO RESPONSE !!!!!!!
I require 2 more matching doors, but judging from this company's after sales service, will not be buying from them.
It appears if you have a problem post sale, it's impossible to get it sorted as you are just ignored.

We have recently been experiencing a high volume of calls and emails which has resulted in response times being longer than we would like. The damage was reported to LPD on the Monday, and we were awaiting a response from them to confirm a replacement had been arranged. I understand that we have now contacted you to confirm that replacements have been arranged and if you haven't already been contacted to arrange delivery, they should be in contact shortly.

Unfortunately it appears that there was an issue within the couriers warehouse, where they couldn't locate the goods when it was time for delivery, they only notified us of this issue in January and requested more items be despatched. I can see that we despatched the items as soon as these were requested and asked that delivery be booked in for as quickly as possible. We have raised this issue with the couriers as these delays are not acceptable and this is not the level of service we wish to provide our customers with. We apologise again for the inconvenience this has caused.

Huge delays and no resolution. Poor communication

Recieved an email stating one of the doors is out of stock until the 13th January. Replied immediately requesting alternatives. No response
Called today (19th January) to find out what is going on. Told that a different door is out of stock until 28th January.
Could not resolve over the phone as they insisted on an email. Told I would recieve a response by the end of the day. They are now closed and yet again no response.
Their policy is to fulfil your order within 3-7 working days which clearly hasn't happened. Commincation is woefullly poor.

Cancelled delivery due to poor communication.
Delivery failed due to not getting a confirmation of the delivery time and driver couldn't/wouldn't wait for ten minutes for me to get there!
Your promised an update on the afternoon prior to the delivery date but if as in my case it's a Monday they don't work Sunday.
Delivery actually made on Monday 5th January and apart from the non existant Sunday message all went well with excellent communication on the day.... just like it should have been the previous time.
Every driver tells a different story!
