Cancelled delivery due to poor communication.

Delivery failed due to not getting a confirmation of the delivery time and driver couldn't/wouldn't wait for ten minutes for me to get there!
Your promised an update on the afternoon prior to the delivery date but if as in my case it's a Monday they don't work Sunday.
Delivery actually made on Monday 5th January and apart from the non existant Sunday message all went well with excellent communication on the day.... just like it should have been the previous time.
Every driver tells a different story!
Doors look great now they have arrived and a good price.

We will always try to provide an ETA where possible, however we do give all day slots initially.

It does show on our couriers system that the couriers tried to call you on the 18th to confirm delivery for Monday, and then a text was sent with a time slot of 6:30-8:30am on the 19th December, this was sent to the number that you provided on the order.

Didn't get the promised email…

Didn't get the promised email confirming the delivery slot, no 'we are 20 minutes away' call, just woken up at 7.13am saying at delivery address but no one answering door (that's because the house is vacant and under renovation) Driver said he was going to ring base to see if he could leave doors in my absence - thought he was going to call back but didn't! I drove there to find I had missed by one minute according time he left on failed delivery note.
JUST a good job I hadn't got a joiner waiting for doors to fit them....
Very difficult to contact/comunicate with Vivid doors/Climadoor/Rhenus!
Still waiting to be informed of when next attempted delivery will be.

Needed three 5 amp plugs

Needed three 5 amp plugs and some decorators caulk, purhased online and within minutes got message to say order was ready.
Easy pick up, in and out of depot in less than a minute whilst nearby for other shops.
Can't do better than that.
Great prices too - Toolstation my first choice for diy projects.

Delivery returned without explanation!

I was expecting my new Rangemaster sink to be delivered today between 11.17 and 13.17 by Fedex, this was the last message I recieved before getting an email to confirm my returned item had been received by yourselves... certainly not requested by myself!
Anyway after emailing back I would like to thank Ella Haycock for sorting the problem out and arranging a new delivery date next week and a carriage refund for the inconvenience ++++
Don't know what happened maybe Fedex messed the delivery up?

No complaints about the products but the website is poor, very picky over which credit cards it accepts and had to ring up to get a proper invoice..

Went into Skipton branch about an hour…

Went into Skipton branch about an hour before closing, quickly got sorted with the few bits I wanted and got some money of next purchase vouchers.
All straightforward and helpful staff member.

Happy with the prompt delivery of…

Happy with the prompt delivery of replacement battery but not at all happy I had to purchase it in the first place, original battery never lasted longer that 5 to 10 minutes from new but Gtech refused to replace under warranty as i'd not purchased it from one of their 'Approved' retailers...
Only got a new one as second hand probably no better than one I had...
First and last Gtech product for me!

I'm sure their warranty policy must contravene 'The Sale of Goods Act' or similar but life is too short and there more important things to do than waste time arguing with them..... Simple approach "Buy elsewhere, they don't deserve the trade"

All quite easy to book

All quite easy to book, found it a bit difficult to work out how to add a puncture repair, appears I need a free visual inspection first.
Not had any confirmation of my preferred booking time so will just turn up at time I booked.
Colne branch always been very helpful.

Easy purchase

Easy purchase, ordered online, extra discount promotion, paid and kept informed of delivery progress, drivers rang to give 15 minutes notice of delivery.... washer lifted into house and left where requested.
All straightforward with no hassle unlike fridge from well known rival, would definitely use AO again

Poor service and expensive

Nightmare trying to phone, conflicting messages, service is experiencing technical difficulties etc cut off several times, usuall your call is important - we are currently experiencing extremely high call levels (just like every other company any time, any day of the week!) Some people helpful when eventually got th rough. Six months to get off pre payment meters onto Smart..... EXPENSIVE prices.
