Purchased an internal bifold door from them, the frame has come in a different colour from the door. One hinge is missing. I am trying to reach Charlie in sales, who served us. It is impossible to contact this company by phone.
Emails it takes the 2-3 days to reply.
Not a happy customer.

Review of DPD UK
As a company, we work with ALL major couriers and find DPD the Worst, especially the driver that covers our area by the name of Paul.
Our offices open at 09.30, he keeps coming or claiming that he has attempted to deliver around 8.30 which means we have missed our package. Despite our calls to the local DPD depot, he does the same the next day. Absolutely crazy. DPD drivers do not attempt to come back the same day to deliver.

Like so many others, I find it impossible to talk to anyone in one call. You can't even send direct email.
The only number available is for claim.
Customer portal is hopeless too, I have written to the twice without any reply. Cant understand why Trustpilot rating in so high!!
