Ordered a product that was not delivered, with an excuse that the courier was unable to locate my address. Supplier cancelled the order, had to chase repayment, which was credited £8 less of the actual purchased price, had excuses that the balance is being processed and PayPal at fault

Mr Trevor Turner,
We regret to learn your order wasn't delivered and that you experienced issues with the refund amount. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the courier and payment discrepancies. I have requested further information from you through Trustpilot to allow me to locate your order and assist as soon as possible.
Doors arrived on the second proposed delivery date Arrived incomplete missing the fittings to convert to a barn door configuration Have ignored emails requesting where the missing items are,. When eventually answered the phone their response was items are out of stock Yet would not comment as to why we received no communication yet given two delivery dates. Unable to confirm when the items will be delivered Had to cancel my contractor, now may not receive an installation date before Christmas So presently I have two items not meeting their product description

We are sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with your order.
Unfortunately, when picking orders for delivery a stock discrepancy was discovered on the sliding barn kits, this affected a handful of orders. We were in the process of contacting all affected customers to advise of this issue, however can only apologise if you hadn't been contacted before delivery took place.
We understand that this is frustrating and an inconvenience. This isn't the level of service we wish to provide our customers with, so as soon as we receive the stock of these items we will be prioritising the affected orders and will get these out to you as quickly as possible.
Again we can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
After an installation on 1st May, I am still waiting to receive warranty documents and the full set ov documents to allow an application for SEG I was advised this was part of the process but all i am getting are ignored emails. As for clearing the rubbish, I had a text on a Friday evening around 730pm saying that someone was outside to collect the rubbish had been collected not able to connect to thectext number, 10 days later I had to remove the rubbish myself

Hello Trevor,
Thank you for contacting us, We are sorry you are not happy with the experience you have had with Effective Home.
Our Customer Care Team have tried to contact you today to discuss the issues. We can confirm the handover documents including warranties were sent via email on the 13th of May, we have had these resent again today. The document that is outstanding is the DNO, this is with the grid and out of our control. We have chased them but unfortunately, we have no time scale of when this will be sent to you.
We will continue to chase them on your behalf and update you on any progress.
Feedback is important to us both positive and negative, it’s how we learn and develop as a business.
I entered into what I assumed was a legitimate government Web site Entered personal details Next I knew was a ridiculous charge on my bank account from this company Searched for this company found an email address, submitted complaint with explanation and gave instructions not to proceed 8 hours later an acknowledgement from them Several more emails then am email at 2100 more than 24 hours later claiming that they have processed my application disregarding my previous emails Also strange that their last email was 5 hours after they took funds from my account Currently have notified action fraud and my bank taking action
