Very happy with the service. Had a good feeling about Tembo compared to another company, so went with Tembo. Extremely friendly and easygoing. No pressure, never rush or chased when I was exploring my options. There perhaps could be a more comprehensive list of documents needing to be uploading, to save Tembo having to chase me for another document; but that's just a tweak. I've used services like Tembo before that have been free to use, so the £499 put me off a bit, but decided to use them anyway, and wasn't disappointed.

I've come back to Trussle again because their service the last time was excellent. Once again they haven't failed to impress me. The speed of their responses is amazing. No question is to silly. They explain everything really well. The turn around between first contact and completion is brilliant and completely hassle free, and I really mean hassle free. The way they present mortgage deals to compare the best available to me is brilliantly clear and easy to understand. I love the ease of their website and how straight forward it was to upload the required documents. They totally deserve five stars!

Very friendly and informative. They didn't try knocking more and more off the price of the car, which I was surprised about. The only negative was the £50 admin fee was steep.

No pressure sales by a friendly rep, who listened to our needs, without pushing additional products. Quick and clean fitting of alarm system. Would have liked the follow up call/visit as promised, but as the system is monitored demoted, they can see everything is working fine.
