I can see that we have arranged for a collection and refund on the pocket door system that was requested. You had also sent back, with the courier, the door on the order as well, which had not been agreed for a return yet. We are looking into getting this resolved as well for you but things like this do take time and can't just be issued straight away without confirmation, which I hope you understand.
We are looking into this and will confirm shortly in regards to the door, whereas the pocket door system has already been refunded back for you.

Poor quality materials
Poor quality materials, extremely slow communication and a very complicated returns process. I have been waiting over a month for my refund , while the delivery cost was £87 but return delivery 144£,I had to repeatedly chase them for updates and still did not receive the level of service I expected.
I would not recommend Door Suppliers Online.p.s As of today, 2/10, I have not received my money back, although they took the goods back on 12/09, I do not recommend this company.

Considerate and responsible firm to deal with
This business wanted to charge over £250 for a returned door so we said we would consider what we wanted to do...the firm sent a van to collect the door so the team assumed they had had a rethink on the price of the return. When we queried this we were told they would deduct the original quote from the refund and this was done without any consent or prior agreement! SInce then they reconsidered the situation and took account of the facts, providing a full refund. As this was our only issue we have upgraded our rating to 5 star.

Absolutely disappointed with everything
Absolutely disappointed with this company. The low quality of the doors was obvious from the moment they arrived, and the delivery service was just as bad They didn’t even bother bringing the doors to the house, the delivery team just dropped them on the street and zero care taken with the products. Overall, it’s better to pay more elsewhere and avoid the hassle.

Just exceptional service
Just exceptional service, phoned three times for advice on a fire door (I have zero knowledge), on every occasion the person who picked up the phone gave me as much time as I needed, had encyclopaedic knowledge, was friendly and helpful. Everything came really well packaged. Rare but delightful to find a proper old fashioned service centered business.

Worst company have ever experienced
Worst company have ever experienced. Ordered nine door frames through Door Supplies Online which they then passed to LPD. I paid £96 for a 3-5 working day delivery window, ordered on 11th so latest should have been 18th yet they attempted delivery yesterday on 19th.
Was given a two hour window during which the driver didn’t show up. I couldn’t wait any longer as had to collect my children. I have a carpenter booked for the weekend which I still need to pay two full days for and when I called LPD this morning am told they won’t come back again until Mon or Tue. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful, tried to make me feel like it was my fault that I couldn’t wait longer than the two hour delivery window. She offered no help at all so now I’m left with no door frames and a carpenter I have to pay two days wages to and paid nearly a £100 delivery fee for nothing!

Having looked into this I can see that whilst you are correct the order was placed on the 11th of August. It was placed at 10 pm at night so this wouldn't count as one of the working days for delivery. This would start from the 12th when we were back in work and could process the order. Even then it usually would be the day after as the first day for delivery. Technically this was up to the 20th of August for delivery and this was attempted on the 19th, which is well within the three to five working day time frame.
When this was discussed on the phone I could see that you mentioned the driver was 12 minutes later than the two-hour time slot. I'm sure you are aware that this can happen due to traffic on the day, which is a very unforeseen circumstance. I do appreciate, obviously, that you would have to pick your children up and I apologise for the slight delay on this.
When this was discussed this morning we had mentioned that we would look to send this out on a next-day delivery to help accommodate this for you to get this resolved. I feel like we have been very accommodating for the situation to try and help resolve this for you and polite and courteous on the phone whereas this sounds like you had an issue with LPD rather than ourselves. We are still looking into this and we'll try to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
