We found the door prices competitive. We are still awaiting the delivery of the Fire door which we find very disappointing.
I made contact and spoke with Charlie he was very helpful and reassured me that I would receive confirmation that the fire door would be chased up !!
Charlie offered to send out part of the order which would allow us to install six of them.
I made another call and spoke with Abbie and explained what Charlie had advised again I was very impressed with how our situation was sorted out.
Please pass my thanks to them both they are a credit to your company.

The reason i have given this rating, our first order had a small problem which was quickly resolved via a telephone call. A member of staff Clint was very helpful with how to return the goods.
I made a reorder which arrived in good time and the delivery was smooth.
I made a phone call earlier on this morning just to ask about our refund the call taker was helpful howeveri had to make another call to see if everything was ok ?
Having a lovely converstion with Sammy on the phone i am more than pleased that my reimbursement has been resolved.
