Terrible communication, but good product
Re reviewed, after 1 star, communication was none existent during order, i have to door and zero contact.
Delivered a week over lead time so nothing world ending, Door arrived in good condition, well packaged.
could easily be 4/5 star if they communicated.

The door sets come from an external supplier so we don't receive updates unless the customer calls to request an update, and we were not notified of any delays, had we been aware of any issues we would have reached out to keep you updated. We do however appreciate your feedback and will look to improve on our communication with customers who order products that are on a lead time.
