Excellent priced quality doors

Delivery of the doors wasn't great, but they did land in one piece (mainly because I asked the delivery man to be careful when dropping them off the truck!)
Doors look lovely now they're fitted and excellent price

Thankfully, I have not had to use the service on the few holidays a year i have, though it is a comforting thought knowing i have a quality insurance as back up if anything should go wrong

Scottishpower review

No issues so far with Scottishpower, though I do still have to manually enter the gas readings, as they're out by about 100 km ( possibly because I used to have a smart meter with British gas)

In regard to the gas readings, if the meter is too far away from the electricity hub we may experience some connectivity issues. In these instances we would encourage you to provide us with actual reads on a monthly basis to ensure that you are billed accurately for the consumption within the property.

Cancelled flight due to cabin crew injury...…

Unfortunately our return flight from Spain, Almeria was cancelled and even though it was dealt with quite professionally I was disappointed that the information had not been relayed to the airport parking (coming into Manchester on 30th Oct Ls902) and had to pay extra parking due to no fault of my own.
It would be great to think I could get my extra fee of £25 could be refunded.

Avoidable delay-BHX to Larnaca

I use Jet2 always, at least 2 to 3 times a year, as I've always had a good experience and like the luggage allowance.

Unfortunately my latest trip left me very disappointed with a 2 and half hour delay, sitting on the runway as luggage had not been counted onto the plane correctly, resulting in luggage to be off loaded twice! Due to the error. This in turn had a knock on effect on the plane as the crew ran out of food and some drink, due to the delay...it was very disorganised and left me questioning my future bookings (which are already booked)

Good comparison site.
Great choice and great prices
Everything booked, just like a package, with options to customise.
Queries were sorted by txt, in no time at all, Excellent service (thanks to Georgia)
Would definitely use on the beach again

Cyprus on Sept

Again, had an easy trip. Flight on time, plane was clean, staff very attentive and pilot/captain informative.
(We can't always choose who we sit with)...apart from that, Jet2 is always my first go to. Well done Jet2

I can see that we received your prescription on the 29/06 and we dispatched your order within 1 working day which is well within our expected timescale. Unfortunately, it appears your delivery was delayed within the Royal Mail network.

We are currently investigating some delays within the Royal Mail network as several of our patients have reported issues; thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Please be aware we do ask our patients to order around 10-12 days before they are due to run out, this is because we work towards a 10-day timescale from the point of request to delivery.

The Ritz, champagne lunch

We had a glorious time at the very opulent Ritz Hotel. Each of the staff were as pleasant and helpful as the last, with nothing being too much trouble. As well as the champagne lunch we expected, they also offered little extras of canapes and small sweet treats afterwards. The setting was lovely and comfortable, with piano playing in the background. Would definitely recommend it to all, and will definitely take up the offer if it comes around again. Well worth every penny. Well done Travelzoo
