Below is a snapshot of what has happened along this timeline,
The item was shipped from our dispatch via RM Tracked 48 on Monday 28/11/22 – delivered RM 18/12/22
RM disputes 24/11, 25/11, 2-day backlog of parcels and letters creating the first of the delays prior to collection of this parcel
30/11, 01/12 is when the next strike action took place adding a further 2 days of backlogs to the already delayed items from the first two days of strikes started on 24/11 and 25/11
and subsequent strike dates 09/12, 11/12, 14/12, and 15/12 were all instrumental in causing this extreme delay along with the added issues caused by snow, it has been a tough time for everyone the past couple of months, and agree that it is totally unacceptable.
