Express doors gave exceptional service and a quality product. I have to mention Abigail Grice and Halle Burkett in particular. They saved the day. I ordered 14 oak doors from this company and the way they handled the order was brilliant…… then it went wrong. Their nominated freight company, Rhenus, got it so wrong it was unbelievable. Two broken delivery promises and then put at back of queue. If I could Rhenus minus 5 stars, I would. Dreadful and they are damaging Express doors reputation. The only saving grace was Sam the delivery driver who paid real attention to service at delivery. Rhenus as a freight company are awful. Well done to Abi of Express doors getting it sorted

Charged for items not used when servicing my Peugeot 3008. Video supplied of checking tyre wear incorrect and incompetent. Quoted 2 hours to service car. It was over 3 hours and I got blamed for bringing in car 15 mins early. Will never use them ever again. EDIT.... As was suggested supply details of my grievance. I have done so with evidence and promised a call back from. No contact has ben made. Dreadful service

Excellent service from collection of vehicle to return

This company should be avoided. They supply shoddy incorrect items and when you ask for your money back it takes ages. Dreadful. Avoid like the plague

Just a fabuous company with some great houses and cottages to stay. All their poperties are well described and have not been dissapointed with any of the 3 we have booked

Totally unacceptable performance from this company with shoddy installation. Even with the involvement of their MD nothing was done to put the situation right
