Fantastic holiday from start to finish. Considering the current climate and travel chaos at some airports and tour companies, we had no issues at all as there were plenty of staff to deal with check ins and on both flights so was quick and efficient. All transfers etc were also great and on time and the hotel was fantastic in Menorca. We were constantly updated with emails and app info from Jet2 on the holiday and had easy access to a rep in required.

Fantastic company to deal with. Part of the order was unavailable but received an apology email asking if I would like to amend my order. A slightly more expensive replacement was sent to me and received quickly. I was kept informed all the way from order to delivery. Excellent customer service.
