Missing a part of the order
Missing a part of the order. Very difficult to get any concrete information about when it will be delivered.
Update: have been trying to contact Vivid Door's call centre for courier details. Impossible to get through via phone, and they don't reply to emails. How am I supposed to get in touch with the courier company? Which courier company?

You ordered doors that come from two separate suppliers, we state on the confirmation that you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
You have been in correspondence with the Aftersales team as you provided the incorrect delivery address, since this has been updated the couriers have been trying to contact you to book this in for delivery.
Please contact the couriers back who will be able to book this in for delivery with you.
