The doors are great and I would have…

The doors are great and I would have given 5 stars if they had arrived on time. Unfortunately the delivery service
‘RHENUS home delivery’ turned up late and on top of that, they do not have a contact number ! So very frustrating when waiting at home for the doors when I was meant to be on site fitting them.

Looking at my email Statement it…

Looking at my email Statement it states:
'Please see attached your account statement. You will not receive a paper copy of this statement.'

However, there is no attachment! Very frustrating when trying to sort vat quarter to send to accountant.

I am so sorry to hear that your account statement email arrived without the attachment, I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when preparing your VAT quarter documents for your accountant. This is certainly not the level of service that we expect for our customers.

I have now emailed you a copy of your statement directly so that you have this to hand, if there are any further documents you need, please do let me know.

I will be passing this feedback to our IT and communications teams so they can investigate why the attachment did not come through as expected and ensure this does not happen again.

I do hope that this will not deter you from continuing to use us in the future. We very much appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to improve the service we provide.

Wasn’t delivered next day as…

Wasn’t delivered next day as advertised.
Was told because there was hazardous items included it had to be sent out after the weekend, so it actually took 4 days to arrive. Most annoying because what I really wanted was the sanding belts (non hazardous’ and only added some extra bits to get the free delivery. If I had known it was going to delay things I would have ordered something different to make the order up.

SHAMBOLIC and no customer services number if you have a problem

Hello,
I have just spoken to a Ryan Emmott, who has finally confirmed my refund has been paid back to me. In addition, Ryan handled his part ‘quite' well but he is just one of a understaffed team, probably having to deal with this sort of thing on a regular basis.
This has gone on for weeks now! Start - order date 13th March…
I am so disappointed I feel the need to use my valuable time to tell you how terrible your customer services actually is!!!
It is apparent to me that you are understaffed, unable to send out items that you say are in stock, unable to reply to emails within any sort of reasonable timescale, I am talking 3 weeks to reply to an email !!!

You have no telephone number for anyone to call when there is a problem and trust me, you have many!
10 days after the original order I was told on 24th March via a call from you, the items would be in stock that day and shipped out to me the following day AND I would recieve a phone call to confirm this…
Guess what, no phone call and guess again, no delivery !! That is when I thought, enough is enough, send my money back and I will buy from elsewhere. Bearing in mind I was led to believe this would arrive within a few days from ordering.
After numerous emails requesting you cancel the order because it was SOOOOO LATE, even getting confirmation of you having the items took weeks, I gave up on your company. It has taken WEEKS for you to even respond!
Finally today I get a call back from you, 43 days after the order, that is absolutely ridiculous and I am so frustrated with it I do not this whole affair I can honestly say I do not think I will ever use you again!
If I were to run my business like this, I would expect to go under within a few months.

If you like waiting in a queue only to be cut off then these are great!

Tried to arrange collection of my faulty computer monitor...
1st three times I rang them, go through all the options only to be put in a queue...around 30 minutes later, cut off!
4th go, decide to go for different options, 4th in the queue and after approx 45 minutes I get a ringing dial, thinking I have finally cracked it, I get an automated message telling me, "There is no-one here to take your call" and it hangs up again!!
I gave up in the end, I only persevered for that long because LG told me that is who was supposed to be collecting the monitor, if it wasn't for that I would of given up the first time.

LG customer service FIASCO!!

£1,200 Computer monitor, (only 8 months old), went wrong, millions of lines across the screen before it shuts itself down!
I rang them directly... Nothing happened for a week.
I rang again, they booked a courier to collect it... Courier turns up with a box nowhere big enough for my 45 inch curved screen! So I would not let it go in the back of their van.
I ring LG a third time... they tell me the correct size box will be sent out in the morning.
No box, no courier turned up!
I ring 4th time... told to ring DPD directly to arrange the collection.
DPD have no idea what I'm talking about!
I recieve a text message from LG, saying very sorry we gave you the wrong courier number, please call 'PANTHER' courier service! I can tell you, NEVER ring those fools! 3 times of going through the options, pressing 1,2 or up to about 5, they cut me off 3 times, about 30 mins each time because you get put into a que. 4th time ringing them and I decide to go for different options this time, after 45 mins I get a ringing dial, thinking I've finally cracked it, I get an automated answer service saying, "There is no-one here to take your call" and it hangs me up!!
Now Furious! I ring LG a 5th time! Now told they will send out a technician to my house and fix it here. I don't yet know when that will happen and have been told it could be up to 14 working days and then he/she may need to make multiple visits!!!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT AGAIN, THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! This has now been going on for over 3 weeks and looking like it may well take at least that amount of time again to get this sorted...

Mix up of items!

Couple of items missing but a pair of hinges slung in instead, obviously been a bit of a mix up which is perfectly understandable but I have informed them of the mistake and a week later, still not heard back or received the correct items, I’ve even had another order delivered from them since the mix up.

As discussed unfortunately I was unable to see that this had been logged on our system so I will be passing this over to our management team to be looked into to find out why this was not dealt with immediately.

In regards to the products that you have not received, I have now raised this over to our warehouse team to be rectified. Some stock checks will be done on the items in question to ensure that all is correct and as it should be.

Once this has been confirmed we will be in touch to confirm that a replacement is on its way out to you.

I am so sorry that this has happened, and that this has not yet been resolved. Our customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us, so to hear that we have on this occasion let you down is very disappointing.

It took a week to get my items, but to be told each day, "There's been an issue, you will get the items tomorrow" Every day I was told that!
Its normally a good service but this time it was TERRIBLE!

Not dispatched the following day because they were out of 1 item on a list of about 25 items.
When it did arrive, some items were the incorrect product and other items were missing.
Still not all sorted a week after placing the order.
