The door quality is good

The door quality is good, but the customer service is difficult to reach. I tried to call 3 times, I faced long hold times, the longest being 70 minutes—even when the system told me I was the first person in the queue.

I am giving 1 star for the delivery and CS

I am giving 1 star for the delivery and CS. Your website specifically states, 'Our experienced delivery teams are able to deliver up to the third floor and to a room of your choice.' However, when my order arrived, the delivery team refused to carry it to the second floor and simply left. When I contacted customer service on WhatsApp to clarify if this was standard procedure, they merely repeated my complaints and told me to return the item. Now, they are completely ignoring my messages :) pleasant
