Ordered doors on the 9th December with…

Ordered doors on the 9th December with a 3-5 day delivery.
Courier company whatsapp to arrange delivery day. When you press the supplied link it says no slots available.
Courier company then email to say 8th January will be delivery date.
We checked online again today and it still shows the doors are in stock and can be delivered on 16th December if ordered today.

Tried to contact customer services. 2 and half hours being number one in the queue.

We are very sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with your order. We always aim to deliver within the advertised 3-7 working day lead time, however on occasion we do fall outside of this depending on the postcode. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Apparently attempted delivery twice

Apparently attempted delivery twice. (Even though i work from home and was in the house).
returned item and refunded me minus £70.
Shocking. Will never use again


Regarding your reply. Surely 20% of the purchase price is extreme.

One missed card was received but no other card. I had to contact Olivia's to find out what the situation was and was asked by Daniel on 15th April if i wanted delivery rescheduled.

In the interim period i am have bought a new house and was happy for it not to be redelivered as i would have to store it. No mention of charge or how much it would be.

Unfortunately, when delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the item is returned to us, we are charged a fee by the courier. As a business, we do have to pass on these costs, which is why the return fee was deducted from your refund. We always aim to be transparent about this in our terms and conditions, but we understand it can still be disappointing.
