Ordered 6 doors from Vivid doors. Unfortunately 2 doors were damaged beyond repair with a deep guage in one door damaging the vaneer while the other door had a deep chip out of one of the panel joints. Sent photographs to vivid doors or vibrant doors and their response was £80 offer to cover the cost of repair for one door. Have advised via 4 additional emails that its 2 doors that are damaged and the free set of handles in the promotion for purchasing climadoors have not been delivered. Very disappointing service and having to chase them for a response. Im still waiting.
