Ontopup was useful when we needed it (whilst on holiday) but we thought we had bought a one off top up. In fact they had signed us up for a monthly subscription which we only noticed after paying for... See more

On Top Up provides an easy way to purchase topup vouchers and credit for Pay As You Go mobile phones. We cover all the major phone networks, allowing users to add multiple phones on different networks to their account, and topup whenever they need.
Please note, that any accounts that opt-in to Auto Topup will have their subscription renewed automatically each month, and for security purposes you will need to log into your account in order to apply the credit to your mobile phone.
Our optional Auto Topup service allows users to automatically buy a topup every month, to help ensure they never run out of credit on their phone(s). The Auto Topup service can be started and paused or cancelled at any time simply by clicking a button in the user account area.

EE is the company
I could top up my mobile phone easily, without difficulty.

EE would not accept the voucher they provided. Contacted onTop service and there was no assistance. I would avoid this service like the plague

I purchased a top up yesterday thinking it would suit my mobile only to find it was of no use. I immediately contacted the support team as I have not downloaded a PIN - I could not do so as my mobile would not accept the top up - and have done so again 24 hours later. I have not even received an acknowledgement let alone the refund due and confirmation that any subscription has been cancelled. I've closed my account as a failsafe. Mistakes get made and a good company is keen to put things right. Clearly this is not a good company. How very disappointing.

Really straightforward to use, no issues whatsoever. Thanks!

They DO NOT TOP UP YOUR PHONE !! They charge you £12 for a £10 voucher, they send email you a voucher number you then have to manually enter into your phone. Most other service 1) Dont charge you a 20% fee and 2) automatically top up your phone. I will not go near them again.

It was far from obvious to me that paying this company for a top-up is NOT actually paying the network provider. There seems to be a great risk of them making unexpected charges. I thought that I was paying Vodafone as I intended. How mistaken I was!
I will NOT be clicking the button in their email ,'Get Your Top Up' as I do not believe that it is safe and can be trusted.
I hope that I am wrong.
It would be better if this company's trading modus operandus was far more transparent.
Perhaps others have had very satisfying experiences but I will certainly not be trading with them again.
