I genuinely thought this free coaching course was very good. Each session was engaging, practical, and thoughtfully delivered. Avoid at all costs and buy directly from the operator. Either Lebara or Lyca.
If there is a zero option, that would be my choice. Fraudulent company. They charge you £1.50 extra on the top up amount, and the voucher doesn’t work.
I have contacted this company more than 4* on the phone and by email yet they’re passing the responsibility to Lebara whereas it’s the code generated by them that is invalid.
I will continue to leave negative reviews until my voucher is credited to the phone.

I recently purchased an HP Omnibook Flip 16”. After receiving it, I realised it was too large and immediately contacted HP customer service under the “Pending Order” option. I was assured that the courier would collect the laptop on Thursday (this was on a Monday).

Trusting this information, I went ahead and ordered the 14” version, as I was told I’d receive a refund within three days of the return. However, Thursday came and went — no collection, no update. Another week passed with still no action from HP.

I’ve sent multiple emails, logged support tickets, and tried contacting customer service several times, but I’ve had no success reaching anyone.

At this point, I have a brand-new laptop still waiting for collection and over £1,000 of my money tied up. The lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable.

Avoid HP at all costs!

This is a scam company.
They took £416 from my account. And they refused to refund me. Once you use it and you dont cancel the subscription, you are hooked as they already have your card detaild and you have indirectly given them access to your account. They just take and take. No email notification or warning when your trial subscription expires, they even start taking the £29.90n before the trial is over.

The customer service is very unhelpful as they refused to refund me the cost for double subscription.

This is the summary of what they have taken from my account and they are refusing to refund.

Avoid using them at all costs!!!

This is the biggest SCAM!!! Please avoid this company at all costs. They keep taking money from your account. Forget the £1.99 initial subscription, its a scheme to get your card details so they can take money from my account.
In a space of 7months, they have taken 418.60 from my account
