Shocking this company is still allowed…

Shocking this company is still allowed to trade. Charged me for top up for giffgaff, did not receive a pin. Tried to ask for refund or pin and advised couldn't since the transaction was successful. If try register the minute you tap your provider takes you add a top up before allowing you to input any info

Disgrace

Not happy with products but given you have the initial deal you have you subscribe then cancel which I did in plenty of time only to be ignored and now I've wasted time back and forth with emails, money debited and another order on its way. Stay clear

I have fibromyalgia and neck and back…

I have fibromyalgia and neck and back issues. Was made to feel unwanted. I had put all this in application but yet given someone with no experience and no interest to attend to me. I would never go near again only interested in the money and not helping anyone with any issues

Cancellation Process

The customer service is awful and make it difficult for you to cancel. My advice even if you think you have cancelled contact them or their get out is if you didn't get a confirmation email then it wasn't cancelled. Also always make sure you have opted out of auto renewal. They don't seem to care they are dealing with people and who maybe vulnerable

Shocking service

Shocking service. Don't pay attention to what you're saying. Had squealing breaks since got car (only 10 mths old at time of review) booked in (had to wait 7 weeks) dealers were advised just to take off front and clean. Problem obviously not resolved and had to reiterate should not have this issue in a young car with low mileage and should be booked for check under warranty not service/maintenance. Still not got car rechecked at thus point

Customer service is shocking and length of time to get through. This is second time I have had cause for complaint on their handling of situations. Takes several attempts to get issues resolved. You can't even use portal due to issued they've had for months
