EE would not accept the voucher they provided. Contacted onTop service and there was no assistance. I would avoid this service like the plague

They did not arrive when ordered and…

They did not arrive when ordered and confirmed. We are now over two days with a tree outside the building. They do not answer their phone. As a result others have started putting their trees with ours for what can only be assumed as council pickup. Poor experience and consider the money wasted. Suggest avoiding.
