THIS IS A SCAM

Having giff gaff unlimited
They send you an email pretending to be from your phone line supplier NONE of the money you pay goes the the phone company and it's almost impossible to get it cancelled. They use a subscription method which protects them from scamming laws, and stops you from calling the bank and cancelling the direct debit.
ONLY go through your phone contract supplier to deal with top ups
These guys have been scamming people out of money for years. BEWARE!!!

Zero stars if I could, make that -5!!

Zero stars if I could
After trying to tell me the address was wrong and there was no post code (have 3 photos to prove that was rubbish) the very(NOT) Helpful person in 'CHAT' (great way to retain a sense of Customer Services by the way DHL, this extremely rude person tells me that although I have proof(another photo taken now I've PICKED IT UP MYSELF 'Your parcel has been delivered' HA!) 'Your photos don't matter' she tells me. 'is there anything else I can help with ... I've screenshot the conversation if you want it.
If you are gonna hire homeworkers to answer these chats but then give them no ability to do anything what's the point, save some more money and get rid of them.
In fact you can give me a job sounds like easy money to me
Do nothing
Be rude
Pretend everything is great
Get paid while watching soap operas
I have the parcel in my hands and the full address is written clearly in all caps for the world to see.
Now that I've missed a day of work, thanks for that by the way, because you couldn't get a human being to look at it and see it.
You then try to deliver it next day but won't because I'm not there to sign for it. Some of us work for a living.
But it's impossible to talk to anyone ant more because it's all about saving profit over giving customer service.
AHH it doesn't matter if the VISA documents that were sent in this manner so I could guarantee a speedy delivery, and I was worried about the Philippines messing it up, just chuck it in the bucket for tomorrow ... Why??? ... Computer says no
Then I'm threatened with ... Come and collect it in 72hrs or were shipping it back to the Philippines.

Not good enough
Not good enough by a long shot
Bad news travels fast remember

Oh wait there's more ...
Not only is it late they decided to 'RIP' it open to look at the documents for "Security Purposes" are you having a laugh ???
No seriously I want to know, how do my marriage documents cause a security issue that requires you open my package, and rip the envelope apart.

How do I know someone hasn't copied our information for the purposes of ID theft, because at this point TRUST in DHL is right out the window.

DHL ... We'll do EVERYTHING we can to delay and destroy your package and enjoy taking your money while we do.

Furious doesn't even come close
Edit: nice response checked it did you ... I have photos of the package before and after delivery including the printed address labels ALL HAVE THE FULL ADDRESS so just more lies from DHL even on here ... And you still didn't answer my question... How does an envelope of documents become a "security risk" what exactly was the REASON that caused you to look at private personal documents. How were these determined to be a security risk to your freight. I dare you to answer.
Just because you send a non discriptnreply to this 1star still claiming it's the customers fault DOESNT means you get away with it.
I've challenged you to disprove me and you can't, suck it up and take the complaint don't just squirm under the carpet saying " it wasn't me"

Dear Chris Munro,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I'm incredibly sorry for the complications and confusion which has arisen throughout this service.

I've checked the shipping label the sender had provided when we collected the item, and I can confirm they didn't include a postcode for the delivery address I'm afraid.

I can also appreciate your concerns, however we do have the right to open and inspect any item which has been sent on our network if we feel the need to do so. Regardless, I will be sure to pass on this feedback so we can improve on our overall customer experience.

On a more positive note, I'm glad to see the item has now reached your possession.

Kind regards,

Amrick

'STILL' WAITING FOR MY PARCEL

Considering my next day delivery has so far taken about 10 days ... Still no package
Still no update
Still no-one who can help
Still using a bot system that can't do ANYTHING but keep the customer tied up to buy more days before they have to do something (if they will ... Still waiting)
Still more empty promises
And still keeping thier reputation for doing this to SO MANY PEOPLE !!!!
Don't buy a phone from Virgin, they use Yodel and GOD KNOWS where your phone ends up
