I have had an account for over 15 years and must have paid thousands of pounds but still get ripped off.

I complain that I can't get through and they send me then number I cant get through on !!!

Very inefficient service.

Very inefficient service.

I spent four hours trying to print a label!!

No one on the helpline knows what they are doing and they keep passing the blame.

Can't put weigh bill no. As never managed to produce it !!!!
