A trustworthy top-up company? I'm very unsure.

It was far from obvious to me that paying this company for a top-up is NOT actually paying the network provider. There seems to be a great risk of them making unexpected charges. I thought that I was paying Vodafone as I intended. How mistaken I was!
I will NOT be clicking the button in their email ,'Get Your Top Up' as I do not believe that it is safe and can be trusted.
I hope that I am wrong.
It would be better if this company's trading modus operandus was far more transparent.
Perhaps others have had very satisfying experiences but I will certainly not be trading with them again.

The site was easy and user-friendly

The site is very easy and user-friendly to navigate. I like that for a property insurance enquiry they bring up what they have found from the property database. It's then merely a matter of agreeing to this if it's correct.
Other questions were straightforward and an acceptable quotation was very quickly received. All in all, I found it a good experience obtaining a property insurance and much better than some other companies I had contacted for a quote.

Excellent alloy wheel repair

Very pleased with Tom's work repairing an alloy wheel. He also responded very quickly when I first was looking round for quotes from firms. I am still waiting to hear from the others! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent fencing and gates work

This company was originally engaged in mid September 2023 to erect a new wooden fence and to remove the old previously-existing one. The work was executed very neatly and efficiently, many people having commented favourably on the "new look" of our corner plot.
Since then they have made and installed brand new double wooden gates for our driveway. These too are excellent.
I am pleased to recommend this company for excellence of work and value for money.

Very pleased with organ supplied

A friend suggested that I contact Music Direct as I wished to buy a pre-used but good classical organ. Peter Braid recommended one that was in stock, a Viscount 232, and also arranged for several recordings to be made for me. This was very good service and as a result I was pleased to place an order for the instrument which last Wednesday was delivered expertly to my home. Music Direct is guaranteeing the organ for six months.
I am very satisfied with the instrument. A few technical questions that arose were responded to eventually by Peter.
I do think that the Company may be under-resourced though in terms of staff: it can be difficult to contact people. I note that not only is my instrument still advertised on their website, which apparently is out of date, but also that my account shows that I have placed no orders! Really!!
Even so, I am very glad that I made this purchase from Music Direct.

Extremely satisfying broadband installation

The personnel were very courteous and took pains to explain the installation process. They were also tidy and ensured that all was tested and working well before they left the premises. I was very pleased with the entire installation process and its satisfactory outcome.

Should I be giving more stars....?

I'm unsure how many stars to award my Majority CB24 DAB radio. Whilst the reception is good and the sound extremely clear - actually, amazing, considering the small size of the unit - the message "Low Power" keeps flashing up, even soon after new batteries have been installed.
The batteries we're using are Amazon Basics Industrial Alkaline. Are these not suited to the radio?

Oh dear. What a disappointment!

Recently I was delighted to provide an excellent review for Nottingham Car's (then) great service.
How disappointing therefore that today's experience was extremely poor. My outward journey was to the West entrance of the Queen's Medical Centre. The driver did not know the location of that entrance, asking me "Are you sure?" when I guided him. Surely it's not too much to expect taxi drivers to be acquainted with the area!
The return journey was even worse - the taxi failed to turn up and, despite a reminder, my wife and I were left standing outside the West block entrance for ages. In the end, we walked back home. According to Nottingham Cars, our taxi had "been and gone' whilst we were waiting. If, indeed, that was the case then it must have gone to the wrong place.
Will I use Nottingham Cars again? Well, maybe, although I have received no apology whatsoever for this disgraceful and irresponsible circumstance. Although today's experience was a disaster, the fact remains that I have had excellent service from them in the past. In fairness, I am minded to give the firm one more chance

Brilliant sales and service of Musicroom

We purchased a Yamaha keyboard, keyboard stand and a sustain pedal from Musicroom. All items arrived very quickly, and apart from a defect of the keyboard stand were fine.
Musicroom were contacted about the keyboard stand, and immediately sent a replacement.
The service experienced has been first rate,and I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Excellent, professional and friendly service

The professionalism and friendliness of this practice cannot be surpassed. Nothing was too much trouble, and great pains were taken to program the hearing aids to my main need; that of hearing higher frequencies in pipe organ music, myself being a church organist. Highly recommended.
