I was 2 days late in paying for my Home insurance as i just received the letter due to post office dilivering late .I mentioned this and was willing to pay what was stated on my Renewal but was told i had to start again and had to pay extra which i had no choice and paid. This wasnt my fault and why should i pay extra

The price was good. Just a little confusing when getting this on line as it said initially that things where included in the price, but then later said it could be added. Eventually we phoned them with the policy number to clarify everything and the agent was very helpful

When it comes to the formalities of signing a home insurance policy, I can say it's very good. As for a potential claim, I don't know how it will turn out. I hope I never have to make a claim, but I believe it's still good.

My car insurance renewal was a shock!
The price had gone up such a lot. A family member said call someone they recommended but that quote was hundreds more!! then Go. compare popped in my head and I chose from the comparisons - the AA, - who were easy to talk too and very helpful. I have more cover now for a lot less money and the confidence of knowing the AA will not let me down . Thank you

Website is confusing. We have 2 accounts for our 2 family cars as we're apparently not allowed 2 cars on one account. Details in the accounts remain confused and incorrect

The process of taking the cover out was fine yet it will remain to be seen how the service will be if l need to claim in the future
