Easy and rewarding …
I was looking for car & home insurance, my present insurance was going up again making it harder to finance. As a pensioner I need my car , so was delighted that the AA could give me the equivalent comprehensive insurance for nearly £300 cheaper. That was a delight and the online experience was very easy to follow and log out of then log in again to retrieve my quote. Very pleased and would recommend the AA website. I am not great with tech but this was easy . Thank you.

Easy to take out my ca insurance
It was easy to take out my car insurance. The price was competitive. I started my application online and then rang the AA. The colleague that I spoke to explained everything well, was very patient and respectful and the cover that I needed was available. I have only given 4 stars as I cannot comment on how any claim might be dealt with should one be necessary.

Car insurance experience
While considering my car insurance, I made two calls to AA. Commendably, on both occasions, there was no wait for access to an agent; something that is very important to me. The agents were pleasant and helpful and answered all queries patiently and knowledgeably. After deciding to take things forward, the process was quick and easy. All documentation was delivered as promised. While I hope there will be no need for claims, I trust that the process relating to these will be equally painless.
One aspect that I was less impressed with was that, unless I had specifically asked, I may have been unaware of the significant limitations of the Roadside Cover that was included in my original quote. Fortunately this was sorted out but should have been made clearer at the time of requesting my quote. I believe, however, that this is the norm with other providers, so I have not reduced my star rating above.
