Nice to actually talk to someone. Very helpful and well explained.
you answered all my questions with ease, The person speaking to was english, which makes a lot of difference to me.it was easy getting a quote, paying was easy, overall it was good.
The rac was £1250. It was a big difference and you also get roadside assistance.
I chose my insurance through a comparison site which pre-populated a lot of the information, making it easy to complete. However I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t see any way to record the fact I have car insurance already which the faq suggested might have given a small discount. However I was happy to accept the offered price.

The website was easy to use, simple to navigate and the policy's easy to understand and clearly defined.
The process was simple and straightforward, everything was done within 10mins
I compared the cover with several other insurance companies and I got for my money the price was a little higher than others but gave me more benefits
Seemed OK service but wasn't happy to about a misunderstanding and had to pay extra, not happy about paying up front cost then having to pay excess on needing anything from policy.
