Ben was late calling me back and then proceeded to be rather unpleasant after I told him I had limited time as I am a carer and had to get to my next client. Possibly the rudest agent I have ever dealt with. And I don’t recall complaining about insurance agent s as they have always been so helpful.

Re- set of original quote
I went via Confused.com.and decided on AA for my house insurance. The amount I was quoted however increased when I went back in to arrange insurance, so I rang AA to find out why. The customer adviser spoke to was able to reset to the original quote and email the link.to.me

The experience was ok but to much to read on screen.
The experience was ok but there are so many attachments like rules and regulations what's covered what's not covered and reading everything was a pain. It might be easier to pay the yearly total and not have instalments. No wonder the insurance companies don't send hard copies anymore it would cost a lot of money. Price was good though.
