Fabulous service so quick and efficient. Arrived so beautifully packaged and presented in a lovely protective bag and box. Love the personalised initials stamped into the strap. Best of all .... I love the bag!

I first seen Pampeano products on John Lewis website when looking for a new belt and immediately loved the look and style of their belts
Unfortunately for whatever reason John Lewis were unable to to deliver to my address in Northern Ireland
Went to Pampeano Site and no such problems there

I have been buying online for roughly 20 years everything from high end items to second hand on EBay and I’ve never seen a product as beautifully presented and efficiently delivered like my Pampeano purchase
Normally when I buy online I rip the item open throw and away the packaging but I can’t bring myself to throw the belt boxes and accessory bags away as they are so nice

The quality and style of the belts wristband and key ring I purchased are absolutely top drawer and of the highest quality
I’m now off for a nosey on the Pampeano site to see what else I can treat myself to

Online shopping as it should be a top quality product beautifully presented and efficiently delivered

I highly recommend others to purchase from this company This was my first purchase from Pampeano but most definitely not my last

Absolutely Delighted ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered three belts from Pampeano at the beginning of December as Christmas presents. Two of the belts were the wrong size, so I returned them on 27th December, requesting an exchange for a larger size.
Unfortunately, one of the belts was out of stock in the size I needed, and I was offered a credit note instead. I asked for a refund, as I do not want a credit note—it feels unfair that because Pampeano failed to have the item in stock, I’m left with store credit I didn’t ask for. I already have two belts from them, so I have no use for a credit note.
The customer service has been disappointing. Their returns policy is particularly unreasonable—no refunds if an item is returned after two weeks, even during Christmas. I sent my return back only three weeks after purchase, and yet they refused to issue a refund, even though the lack of stock was entirely their fault.
It also took them 10 days to acknowledge receipt of my return, which is far too long. When returning items, customers should be notified promptly that their parcel has arrived.
All in all, a very poor experience. I would not buy from this company again. Do not use this

I returned the item on 29th December ( the first date I could post it after Christmas) and it was delivered on 30th December NOT 8th January. It was only on 8th January that you acknowledged receipt of the returned item. I purchased two belts from you already, one of the belts you cannot exchange for another size, surely you can give a refund for one out of the three belts I purchased? Do you not want happy customers?

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The moment they take your money, you no longer matter. They treat customers with total disrespect and speak to you like trash.

Refunds are clearly something they try to avoid at all costs. Instead of resolving issues, they push you to spend more money and refuse to take responsibility. Once your money is in their pocket, they have no intention of giving it back.

This company is only interested in taking payments, not providing service. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

I started my Christmas shopping at the beginning of November as my husband was expecting a major operation and wanted to get organised. I bought a belt from this company, having purchased one for him before. Events have taken over and my husband will not be able to wear the belt or anything else this company provide due to his medical situation. I asked if I could return it (it is unopened) and their stance is that it’s a 14 day return, with no flexibility particularly over the Christmas period, where other stores usually extend their return policy timelines.

It is incredibly disappointing and upsetting that a company would hold this stance during the Christmas period and under exceptional circumstances.

This rigid and unsympathetic approach fundamentally undermines trust and leaves me with no personal confidence in the company as a retailer, or in its ability to treat customers fairly and reasonably.

My belt is of such good quality, as are the leather accessories I ordered. The shipping was quick and the products arrived packaged beautifully. Will be buying again!

I just wanted to express my thanks for getting my belts delivered out to me today in time for my trip. It was great to be able to speak to someone, ensure availability and delivery times, and then receive it within such short notice (less than 24 hours from call to delivery). I know it’s a first world problem, but with a broken buckle and a packed schedule, your prompt support was exactly what I needed! A big shout out to Toni in Customer Service who went above and beyond, and the rest of the Pampeano crew :D

My husband has had a Pampeano belt for several years now and he loves it, the quality is great and always look really lovely and different to most belts on the market.
I have recently purchased another belt for him as a Christmas gift and have had it his initials on it.
The quality is still excellent and the monogram looks really classy.

Fabulous collar. We had the xxl for our Labrador. They come up a tad small although he’s a big dog ! Fits him well doesn’t move the other collar rubber the fur off but it’s growing back now this one although quite stiff it’s quickly softened. And it looks fabulous!

What a quality product! It is as genuine as they say and we are overwhelmed how nice the dog collar and bracelets are. You can feel the quality on first touch. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants quality leather products that last time and use and are good looking and timeless.

Great product, fast delivery

I have purchased from Pampers many times, for gifts, personally and for my dogs.
I have always found the products lovely and made well and get many complements.
On my most recent purchase there was an issue with one of my dog collars, they were more than happy to look at it and advise but unfortunately when I returned it the package never got delivered, again customer service was helpful and happily replaced the collar.

Great website - easy to navigate. Order processed immediately and shipped fast. Product arrived in a box and a paper carry bag (as if I purchased in a store) - a nice touch. Well done.
