They were very friendly and helpful

They were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist. The reason for not 5 star is all communication is done via email and the response isn't always the same person, so there is a time lag. Perhaps live chat would be a lot easier for everyone?

Poor quality poor service

Bought 2 dog collars both which frayed within 3 weeks. Asked for refund and told that I had let dogs into water frequently, which isn't true, and I hadn't followed care instructions, which I had. Wrote to CEO but no response. WARNING - only walk dogs when dry and don't go near wet grass!! Or better still, avoid. Looks like I am not the only Trust pilot review with fray problems. The poor service really let's this business down - what does it cost to refund, a bag of dog food?

REPLY. Pretty standard reply if you read other reviews. They didn't bother to reply to my email on the dogs NOT going into water, nor did the CEO want to respond and yet they welcome further opportunity to discuss. Then talk to me or is this for Trust pilot viewers? These faults happened to both collars within 3 weeks and they refer to a complimentary repair as a gesture of goodwill! Your service has been left wanting Pampeano CEO.

It is important to note that we completed a complimentary repair on your collars as a gesture of goodwill, and they have since been returned to you. This is our standard practice for any items under 1 year old. Additionally, we can confirm that the collars were thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch and were found to be free of defects at the time they left our premises.

Upon their return, we observed a level of wear that is highly unusual given the short three-week period in which the items were in your possession. This degree of wear is not consistent with what we typically see in such a timeframe.

We remain committed to providing quality products and service, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have directly.

Excellent service

Very straight forward: assessed, prescribed and actioned. Total time less than 2 hours. Friendly and cleaned up well. Probably wasn't the cheapest but really great service and 5 year warranty. Thank you.
