Not received a refund 2 weeks later after returning items. Written to customer services but no reply. I am owed £150 and wondering if I will actually receive it?
My belt and bag arrived safely today and am sooo thrilled!!! Beautiful quality, arrived super quickly and fab customer service. Thank you so much, will definitely be back!

Absolutely terrible. I placed the order a month ago and have still not received the goods or any contact to say when they would be delivered. Delivery was meant to be 3 to 5 days. I would have given zero stars if this was possible. I still have no contact from the company, they have taken the money but not delivered the goods!

I can highly recommend Phil. I had ideas for a new business but was struggling with motivation and where to start.
