Poor customer service!
Ordered dog collar and belt from them directly I have called them and emailed them as the collar is faulty due to the loops coming apart from the collar and since been lost. They have refused to just send me the loops after 10mins of explaining the issue and asked for the collar back leaving the dog without a collar I even offered to pay full price for a new one and to send the old one back then just complete a refund which they refused. She was very rude and impatient when I was explaining. Saying how it’s not her problem and speak to someone who cares. Extremely rude and will never buy anything from them again.

Hello, please can you tell the truth when leaving a review. I, myself spoke to you and asked you to send over some photos of the issue. I asked you this numerous times but you were reluctant to do so. I explained to you that I would need to see evidence of the issue at which point, we could either offer a repair or a replacement. At no point did I say I did not care. You suggested that you did not have another collar for your dog to wear, I simply said that in order to repair or replace we would need the collar. This is common pratice for a company to see proof of an issue before moving forward and offering a remedy. For further confirmation, the call was recorded.
