Friendly profession service on time and with a smile. Best delivery driver I have ever had

I ordered a cashmere jumper using the online order from store process. The parcel arrived and no jumper a total different product and size. I telephoned JL customer service and the person I spoke with was not helpful did not seem to understand and I spent over half an hour on the phone until my phone went dead. I had to ask for compensation £20 was given but not offered and this was after I had to ask for it. A very frustrated customer. When I returned the product I received an email saying they could not refund me although I put in a letter explaining the situation [ which they said they never saw] I had to ring again but this time the person I spoke to was very helpful and said the refund would be given. The parcel from Store came from the Exeter Store. This system sending products from store certainly did not work and I would not use it again. As a loyal customer [ I shop at JL because of the good customer service] I expected much better and certainly from the store and customer service when I first reported the issue. Not good enough JL.

Good quality women clothes [JL own brand] and reasonable price. I would have given five stars but some JL women trousers vary in size and with some a bigger size is required. I therefore had to send back some and order again in a bigger size.This time order came at different times which was frustrating hence only four stars
