Absolutely disgraceful customer…

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The moment they take your money, you no longer matter. They treat customers with total disrespect and speak to you like trash.

Refunds are clearly something they try to avoid at all costs. Instead of resolving issues, they push you to spend more money and refuse to take responsibility. Once your money is in their pocket, they have no intention of giving it back.

This company is only interested in taking payments, not providing service. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

You have personalised your product and thus we can not, as per our Ts and Cs, and as per all companies that offer personalised goods, refund you.
We have offered you a credit note as a goodwill gesture but instead of accepting this, you have been exceptionally rude to a pampeano team member - presumably angry because we are unable to refund you. Our offer of a credit note remains but we respectfully request that you treat any and all members of our team with courtesy and respect rather than behave unacceptably because you can not have what you demand.
