The packaging was absolutely very nice. It was not deliver in 3 days but in 5 days. Although I paid 20 euros for getting it in 3 days.

The packaging was missed the bolts which I purchased from local shop.

I cannot recommend Sanitino mostly due to very short duration of 2 weeks when you can return the items. I bought from them products for nearly 2K, but as always with bathroom renovations it takes a while and some products did not fit, but return term already expired making me waste around 350 euros on things I cannot return anymore.

Awful client service.
I received my parcel with an toilet, which's broken in many little pieces.
The photo, which I sent with claim, shows firth opened box and damaged item, but!

I should put out all of pieces to make a photo box, item, foam, all of labels on box and pieces of item separately (scratching and shaving fingers),
and after, to refund money (probably, maybe I'll send different item, I’m a LIAR, you know, I'm always kidding honest stores) I should put in all of them again (shaving fingers)
The price not so much for the humiliation

Poor customer service
the return period is only 2 weeks. Thats very difficult when a mechanic has to renovate the bathroom and discovers that some parts dont fit. First they email and listen and want to help, but at the end of the day its: Sorry, you warranty period is over..

The worst customer experience ever. No hotline, only email. Customer service ZERO HELP! It took me 2 weeks to beg them to accept my return of broken Geberit! At the end the sent me 1 DHL return letter but there was 2 separate boxes. I had to pay my self for return of their broken device. Do not buy from there!

Ordered a high end sink, SANL9/2026/13 [sanitino#2156263] with a metal rack, the rack had an unknown delivery time ( while on the website it was a few days), after weeks i still did not have the sink because of this. They could not already sent the sink but cancelled the rack and then sent it, the rack i now need to order again and again pay delivery costs. The sink itself had a scratch, i mailed them about this but they asked for pictures from all directions and also from the box. Luckily i still had the box, so i sent all the pictures. Then i heard nothing, then i mailed again they would talk with the management about a discount, a week later i again had not heard anything. I do not recommend this company, unless you want to pay full price for damaged goods and get no service at all.

A very late delivery

The ordered part wasn't delivered within 3-5 business days.
Or rather, it hasn't been delivered yet.

I ordered a toilet system, but the toilet arrived broken . They told me that it was my responsibility, and I should buy a new one..!? According to Dutch consumer laws this is the responsibility Of the supplier, and they should send me a new one.

I have sent photos, et cetera directly on their request , but have not received a reply so far…
For me, this urgent because I have construction people waiting to install this it’s also costing me a lot of money …
Please come with a quick and good solution and send me as soon as possible and new one

Good price, very quick, great quality

I received full refund of my order very fast. And communication was good in terms of fast replies. Those were the only positive things.
Moving to the negatives, I had to check the status of my order after some days and I found out that the order was sent back to the warehouse for some reason. There was no clear explanation. The option to remake the order was vague. No expected delivery time provided, no alternative product provided. No stock information available. Prices were affordable, but eventually I didn't receive any product.
