Broken toilet

I ordered a toilet system, but the toilet arrived broken . They told me that it was my responsibility, and I should buy a new one..!? According to Dutch consumer laws this is the responsibility Of the supplier, and they should send me a new one.

I have sent photos, et cetera directly on their request , but have not received a reply so far…
For me, this urgent because I have construction people waiting to install this it’s also costing me a lot of money …
Please come with a quick and good solution and send me as soon as possible and new one

Be carefull

Be carefull, this is probably a scam to get your credit card or payment details. They act if they are very interested in your car that you have advertised on a car site and want to buy it for the asking price. They then request you to buy the VIN history with theinspectview.com for which they will reinburse you later, this way they get your $ 40,- and your credit card details, it's probaly a big scam!

Blocking money and payments without prior notice

I open a Wise account put money in the account, but the 2nd time I want to make a payment, I need without prior notice to upload documents of my salary. That’s OK, but why is has now already held my payment for more than 10 days, causing me considerable damage and blocking my money because they still need time to review the documents which first would be done in two days, but we are now 10 days later. Unacceptable, never open the account with them they don’t communicate just block your money for a very long time. I think it’s a shame ILLEGAL, CRIMINAL and a SCAM

Ik probeer al maanden een refund te…

Ik probeer al maanden een refund te krijgen of überhaupt een reactie op mijn inmiddels 10 emails die ik verstuurd hebt. Mijn vlucht is door de airline gecanceld in januari van dit jaar. Ik probeer de aankoopprijs van het ticket teruggestort te krijgen door Travelgenio, maar die reageren in het geheel niet op mijn emails, klachten, vragen enz. Heb circa 10x gemaild etc. NUL REACTIE HOPELOOS!! BETAALD VOOR EEN VLUCHT DIE DOOR DE AIRLINE GECANCELD IS EN GEEN CENT TERUG ONT VANGEN!!
