Awful client service. No money, no item, only problemes

Awful client service.
I received my parcel with an toilet, which's broken in many little pieces.
The photo, which I sent with claim, shows firth opened box and damaged item, but!

I should put out all of pieces to make a photo box, item, foam, all of labels on box and pieces of item separately (scratching and shaving fingers),
and after, to refund money (probably, maybe I'll send different item, I’m a LIAR, you know, I'm always kidding honest stores) I should put in all of them again (shaving fingers)
The price not so much for the humiliation

Has been never delivered

I couldn't receive my shoes for 2 months. Twice my order was returned to warehouse (without delivering to me, now it's sent, but without any updates for 6 days, I predict, it will be new third time)

Don’t spend your time

I wanted to review how full is services’ package, but they couldn‘t approve or decline my application (increased by my work contract) for 1,5 month. Other insurance company approve my application in 2 days
And only 1 of 4 messages were answered

It's awful delivery operator ever

It's awful delivery operator ever
No notification, no contact information, no any opportunity to change delivery option, the worst website map
I couldn't receive my delivery early and I couldn't receive it in feature (cause nobody ask me about my free time)
