Delivery not on time, despite paying extra for fast delivery

I ordered two wedding rings. Received one with a mistake in the engravement, thus had to return the ring. The returning process took more than 1,5 month. Once I received the ''new'' ring there were scratches on it. Haven't been offered any form of compensation for all the trouble.
