Nonexistent after Service Waranty
ORDER nr. 5824006483 [sanitino#1953474] July 2024...
On September 22nd, I reported a leaking faucet by email to Sanitino Belgium, who immediately forwarded the report to the Czech Republic. This Ideal Standard Cerafine D faucet was purchased last summer (2024), so it's definitely still under warranty. After repeated emails to Sanitino, I still can't use the sink faucet due to the leak. And I haven't received any feedback. I think the internals are already broken; fortunately, the other faucet in the order still works. Sanitino's sales are good, but the service is practically nonexistent!

Your case has been actively handled from the beginning, but with defective products we unfortunately have to wait for the manufacturer’s assessment before confirming the warranty. This is a standard procedure.
A replacement cartridge was sent, but the delivery was delayed by the shipping company. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and hope it won’t affect your trust in us in the future.

Very bad customer service.
According to GLS tracking 2 packages from 2 different orders should have been delivered, but only 1 was actually delivered. Customer service is not helpful at all and honestly quite rude. They say they will contact GLS about this issue, but this is going to take weeks.
We're forced to buy something else now.
