I cannot recommend Sanitino mostly due…

I cannot recommend Sanitino mostly due to very short duration of 2 weeks when you can return the items. I bought from them products for nearly 2K, but as always with bathroom renovations it takes a while and some products did not fit, but return term already expired making me waste around 350 euros on things I cannot return anymore.

I think the recipe changed or…

I think the recipe changed or something. Got the same protein shake as usually, but tastes so disgustingly sweet I had to throw it away

Watch out with Hertz!

Watch out with Hertz. Hertz has a policy where the client has to identify all damages to the car prior to rental. In the situations when the client service missed the damages when providing the rental, you will be charged with them. This brings the client into unfavourable position of spending lots of time before the rental making pictures of every possible scratch and submitting reports to already existing damages. For every tiny scratch you will be charged 100+ EUR.

In our case we identified 2 undeclared scratches upon rental, but missed the 3rd one for which we were charged 67 EUR for a scratch we didn't make + 50 EUR administrations fee. We tried to contact the customer service, but they ignored us for 3 straight weeks. Not something you expect from such a "reputable" company.

HelloFresh is loosing their quality

HelloFresh is loosing their quality. Portions get smaller and ingredients cheaper. 75 grams of rice per person is small portion for an active man. Selection of dinners more lunch-alike: egg, veggies, cheese. I don’t have anything against veggies, but if you an active man who exercises it’s simply not enough. And if you want to have fish/meat dinner you quickly end up with 3 EUR extra per person per meals which is out of proportion. The freshness and quality of the ingredients itself is getting worse as well. Tomatoes and cucumber often taste like glass, clearly the cheapest one you can get on the market.

Thank you for your review. The portion sizes of our dishes are based on the Dutch Health Council's Dietary Guidelines, which recommend approximately 100g of fish, meat, or alternative protein, about 150-200 grams of vegetables, and a carbohydrate component. Our goal is to provide a complete meal with sufficient nutrients in every recipe.
We understand that everyone's needs are different. Therefore we offer certain dishes where you can add extra meat or fish.
If you ever receive too little of a product, please contact us through hellofresh.nl/contact-us so we can fix this.
