I contacted Lavos for a mold issue in my crawl space and was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the situation was worse than expected, but the Lavos team provided all the support I needed! They quickly arranged a follow-up and completed all the necessary repairs within a few hours, including crawl space insulation.

I ordered a product from their website that never arrived. After reporting the issue and disputing the non-delivery, I engaged in a lengthy email exchange with their team. Eventually, I was given the option to have the same product re-sent or to receive a refund. I opted for the product to be delivered.

However, from that point on, I received no further updates about the delivery. Worse still, the staff stopped responding to my emails altogether—they simply ghosted me.

I’m still waiting for a reply and sincerely hope someone will finally send the product I ordered!

Terrible support! I received a fine that should have been handled directly by the Sixt Share team. Reason: insufficient parking tax paid. Location: my business area, Amsterdam. After 1 week, 5 emails ignored, and 2 calls to support (one with a particularly rude agent), the issue remains unresolved. Once this is addressed, I will definitely close my account.
Disappointing!!
