Good quality & customer service

Customer Support was very responsive and helpful when I had a broken tracking link. It was sorted swiftly. I was nervous about the quality as I hadn't heard of this brand before, but my jumper was better than I expected!

Star LS Dress

This is my third Star LS Dress, bought Dark Blue and Lilac o another website.
Found Noellas own site and saw the Blue mixed and bought it directly. Love the dress and I wore the Dark Blue and got so many compliments.
Delivery was fast too!

Will definitely by from Noella again and have recommended the site to my friends.

Mixed experience with quality

I ordered two items, a sweater and a vest. While the sweater is nice, the vest does not look or feel high quality (threads are not nicely done around the buttons, buttons are super thin and the vest is shedding quite some material).
Shipment was great and on time.
Also, I'm recommend ordering a size smaller than you usually do. I usually wear size M, ordered S/M and the pieces sit rather lose.

Avoid this brand - poor customer service. Now sent two e mails wanting to clarify if items have been dispatched. Don't answer just give a generic email that doesn't tell the customer anything.

Lengthy process waiting for garments.

Poor customer service refund for return not received

I placed an order with Noella. About a 1 week later I had no updates. I emailed them and they said they had missed it. The order eventually arrived. But the items were not a good fit, so were returned using their system and address label. The package was delivered to the return address on 30 July. 3 weeks later still no refund. I have emailed Noella CS with all the paperwork as proof of return and requesting the refund. They have not acknowledged my email or processed the refund. Its seems they have done this with other customers. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with this company. I would warn anyone ordering directly from Noella.

As we explained in our earlier correspondence, the tracking shows that the package experienced delays during transit. Naturally, this is both unfortunate and very frustrating, but unfortunately, it is beyond our control.

As a gesture of good service, we issued your refund before the package was returned to us, as we fully understand how inconvenient it has been to wait for such a long time. We are therefore sorry for the negative review and for any doubt it may have caused regarding the authenticity of our service.

We appreciate your understanding and hope this clarifies the situation.

No refund for returned items, impossible to reach them

I have yet to receive the refund for the items I have returned almost 3 months ago. I have emailed them several times about this, and have received one reply saying that they have received the returned items and would look into the refund, and then nothing happened. I have also tried to call their number but always get a standard response from their answering machine. Will never buy from them again.

02-19-2026: Re the response by Noella below (I cannot reply to it directly): after having sent several emails without a reply, I finally received the refund of the items in august 2025, 4 months after returning the items.

Can't say a good thing about Noella

On the website the dress (120 euro) looked really nice. But when I got it, the fit wasn't even close to a size Small. But what was worse is that it wasn't even the right dress (different colour). When I sent an email they told me that I could not return from The Netherlands, so I had to pay it on my own to Sweden. After a lot of emails I finally got an return label to send the dress back to Zwolle (NL), where it came from. But now I got my money back and they still kept 7 euro for the return (even when THEY send me the wrong dress). So don't buy here! There are lots of more better shops with dresses and other stuff that is nicer en better quality and beter service.

3 months untill you receive a refund after return of a parcel

In August of 2022 I pre-ordered a dress that was supposed to arrive in September 2022. After a long wait it arrived in the end of October 2022. However, when I received the dress, it did not fit well, so I returned my order. I send it back, and according to the tracking the company received it 9 November 2022. After 14 days, I still did not received my refund. So, I contacted costumer service, they said they would pay within 14 days. However, I only received my refund last week on 8 February 2023.

Bad quality and expensive return

Bad quality and expensive return. All in all 15 Euro shipping cost for a 70 Euro bag. The bag looks already worn and has a poor quality. Loose strings, smells like a factory. I dont recommend purchasing, and I will not purchase again.
