Prettige communicatie en goede service naar aanleiding van een berichtje over een “klacht” dat een item na 1x gebruiken al een klein beetje kapot was gegaan. Goed opgelost door medewerker van Loavies. Bedankt!

On the website the dress (120 euro) looked really nice. But when I got it, the fit wasn't even close to a size Small. But what was worse is that it wasn't even the right dress (different colour). When I sent an email they told me that I could not return from The Netherlands, so I had to pay it on my own to Sweden. After a lot of emails I finally got an return label to send the dress back to Zwolle (NL), where it came from. But now I got my money back and they still kept 7 euro for the return (even when THEY send me the wrong dress). So don't buy here! There are lots of more better shops with dresses and other stuff that is nicer en better quality and beter service.
