Once we receive a return parcel, the refund is processed as quickly as possible in accordance with our return policy. During busy periods, processing times may unfortunately be slightly longer, but it is certainly not our intention for you to wait unnecessarily.

Regarding return deductions, we always follow the terms clearly stated in our return policy on our website. Only the fees that are disclosed in advance are deducted. These fees include, among other things, return shipping costs, insurance, and handling, ensuring that the parcel is properly covered and processed during transport and upon receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to identify your specific case based on the review, but we would very much like to investigate it further and ensure that everything has been handled correctly. You are therefore very welcome to contact us directly at info@noellafashion.com
with your order number so we can provide you with a specific update on your refund.

Goods remain outstanding - likely never to be received - from China - despite the London name……
So no goods - wont give a refund
Lesson learnt
They are allowed to advertise on FB - so please avoid

Dont believe any discount codes

Dont believe any discount codes - they do not work. When contacting customer services its - oh order the goods - we will make a refund for the discount that should have been applied & that takes around 10 days to reach your bank.

2 Mixed Flights

Outbound flight - child behind screamed for approx 20 mins & was kicking the back of me seat - because i dared to comment - the female stewardess shouted at me in front of everyone & was rude - I literally said for goodness sake - my ears were hurting - she apologised to the Mother behind for the upset but didnt care that she had upset me & reduced me to tears. Return crew were fabulous - friendly - nothing too much trouble
