No refund for returned items, impossible to reach them

I have yet to receive the refund for the items I have returned almost 3 months ago. I have emailed them several times about this, and have received one reply saying that they have received the returned items and would look into the refund, and then nothing happened. I have also tried to call their number but always get a standard response from their answering machine. Will never buy from them again.


02-19-2026: Re the response by Noella below (I cannot reply to it directly): after having sent several emails without a reply, I finally received the refund of the items in august 2025, 4 months after returning the items.

It is certainly not our intention for a refund to be delayed — especially not for the length of time you mention. Once a return has been registered, refunds are normally processed as quickly as possible. However, in rare cases, errors or delays can unfortunately occur in the process.
