Avoid this brand - poor customer service. Now sent two e mails wanting to clarify if items have been dispatched. Don't answer just give a generic email that doesn't tell the customer anything.

Lengthy process waiting for garments.

Truly disappointing Noelle.

Blown Away!

Waggle what can I say - you have blown me away. You are truly an exceptional company who cares and shows compassion.
Arrived home tonight to find a sympathy card (hand written) from you. We lost our 5yrs old dog very suddenly and unexpectedly which was devastating and still dealing with this a few weeks down the line.
Truly appreciate your kind words regarding little Cooper🌈🫶🏻. Keep up the good work all of you.

Point to consider Waggle

Fast, effective processing of claim - could not fault waggle at all for this.
One flaw ( to be fair is an attempt by them to keep costs down for pet owners)
Would have been great to have spoken to a representative during a recent, horrendous experience - dog became acutely ill while we were abroad on holiday. Needed advice and waggle did not have the platform to help reduce anxiety.
No one from Waggle returned email only method of contacting.
Long story short my young dog had to be put to sleep.
Be great if there was a facility to get advice when dealing with a desperate situation.
Please take this constructive point on board Waggle.

One star to many.

Would not give this company one star for their customer support over past few months.

I think these companies forgot how they have become successful. Yes Roblox it's down to the kids, who (probably) like mine have saved hard to purchase your games. Think where you would be, if everyone stopped purchasing.

Technical issues happen however you seem very disinterested in supporting your customers. Shameful behaviour, some would say fraudulent with poor business ethics.

Slow boat from China

Just taken receipt of two Élodie Lavin | Stylish Sweater today after weeks of waiting.
Firstly nothing stylish about them at all.
Don't know what they are made from however, can imagine if stood next to a naked flame I would go up in a puff of smoke. Nothing like what you assume in the photo. Just awful.
Horrendous quality and so disappointing.
assume have come originally from China going by carrier - Yun Express.

Come on Moda we are supposed to be saving our planet not adding to it's demise by producing more rubbish.

It is an alternative option and again advises - please keep in mind that reactions & results may vary from each individual due to differences in state of health.

Car crash of a company

Buyers beware!

Awful company who appear to be unable to deliver a basic service at every level.
Can't even send out the correct mattress you order ( 2 separate occasions).
Refurbed mattresses awful and shabby / damaged
Terrible customer service.
Struggle to communicate as no one wants to speak in the normal way.
Appear totally uninterested.

Plenty other businesses out there who would be happy to deliver a far better service to its customer.

Is it just bad luck!!

Waited majority of day on our recycled, hybrid mattress.
Replacement, as original purchase damaged /wrong mattress received.

Yet again arrived with damage to the foam.
Also, presents as though a bad DIY job carried out on it. Wish I could upload photos. Feel like Simba just throws out anything, with no quality control.

Delivery driver couldn't pick up return as wasn't made aware.
No room on van as Simba using AOL to deliver. Pick up had to be rearranged. Not exactly environmentally friendly.

Mattress looks nothing like what Simba describes on their website.
Be cautious of what your buying into. Unzip your mattress and check it thoroughly is my advice.

OMG poor communication process

OMG! What a shambles re customer service.
Mattress arrived with many faults including being the wrong one ordered.
Length of time taken to resolve this outrageous. Barriers in way of actually speaking to a representative.
Only option was to communicate using text process which ends up taking ages, as no one wishes to converse.
Requested a call back and promised would get one (time slot given). Interestingly enough never happened.
Did text again and managed to finally get the rep who said would call back. Rep assumed too much and did not wish to listen to my issues when she did call me. As a result cut me off. V unprofessional and unhelpful. Sounded like she was working from home and I caught her in the middle of housekeeping duties.

The process of making contact with this company is awful, if you have a problem/s. What could have been resolved in 10min ended up hours.

Thanks to rep Ann C who finally resolved my issues after listening. Replacement mattress being sent out.
As a customer now cautious dealing with Simba. Let's see what happens.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!

Just made contact with made again for update. Item ordered in June and still no date re delivery.
Representative was helpful but still kept apologising on behalf of the directors, who appear to be continuing to struggle delivering products.
Ended up cancelling order as so frustrated with the situation. Will go elsewhere one refund received.

This company cannot deliver and communication is poor. V disappointing Made in Design.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. No communication re my outstanding order and can't speak with anyone. If had gone else where for this item would have had it by now.
Made in Design you need to sort your relationship with your customers or you will lose them. Plenty other professional online shopping to go with. Remember this!

Be nicer if you donated more money to this charity rather than the 100k noted in the small print.
Houses far exceeds a million. Get rid of famous endorsements and save money on unnecessary marketing.☹️

At the end of the campaign the charity receives 80% of the net proceeds of the draw with Omaze receiving the remaining 20% as our fee.
