Poor customer service refund for return not received

I placed an order with Noella. About a 1 week later I had no updates. I emailed them and they said they had missed it. The order eventually arrived. But the items were not a good fit, so were returned using their system and address label. The package was delivered to the return address on 30 July. 3 weeks later still no refund. I have emailed Noella CS with all the paperwork as proof of return and requesting the refund. They have not acknowledged my email or processed the refund. Its seems they have done this with other customers. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with this company. I would warn anyone ordering directly from Noella.

Thank you for your message. We have been in contact with you previously and explained that the package was not returned to us on July 30th. This was due to the tracking information used, which does not show the full journey of the package.

As we explained in our earlier correspondence, the tracking shows that the package experienced delays during transit. Naturally, this is both unfortunate and very frustrating, but unfortunately, it is beyond our control.

As a gesture of good service, we issued your refund before the package was returned to us, as we fully understand how inconvenient it has been to wait for such a long time. We are therefore sorry for the negative review and for any doubt it may have caused regarding the authenticity of our service.

We appreciate your understanding and hope this clarifies the situation.
