Perfection. Simple as that.

I placed an order for one of my favourite treats of all times, and it was quickly shipped. However, the courier caused me some serious problems. Ryan, who helped me, kept me updated as he battled with them to get my order delivered. What makes it extra special is that he made the effort to call me in person and talk to me, not just by email. It's the personal touch which is extra special. 100000% will order again (but will see if we can use a different courier, even if it costs a bit more!)

Consistently Awful from Dudley Port

Another parcel where delivery drivers refusing to deliver.

Sunday: An Indian chap allegedly tried to deliver (wrong address, despite everything provided to identify my home location

Monday: Alexandru - Just didn't bother. Now i am expected to pick up the pieces and collect the parcel because they just cant be bothered.

Again, more Dudley Port incompetency.

Called DPD to complain, spoke to someone who was incredibly unclear, and absolute zero empathy, refused to help.

The seller were wonderful, and refunded me for the item, and now I have to clearly specify DO NOT SHIP VIA DPD. This is not the delivery company to use when you have health issues.

Absolutely Incompetent and Shockingly Terrible Service

DPD mis-delivered my parcel, despite giving them all the details within their app (including a what3words location), and as such, turned up at the wrong location. They were supposed to re-deliver on the Friday, and didn't. Then deliver on the Saturday, and guess what? They didn't.

Their live chat was appalling, the agent was as useful as the automated bot (I would say AI bot, but intelligence was not a thing really)

Whatever happened since parcels are no longer delivered from local depots, it's gone the wrong way, and continues to do so. From rude drivers to parcels being abandoned in the wrong location, getting soaked in the rain. There's a real downturn in the quality of service. Evri and Yodel provide a far more competent service.

Review of Bupa Dental Care UK

Dentists really aren't evil..

I have a fear that's worse than clowns—dentists. However, my experience at Bupa Dental Care in St. Johns, Worcester completely changed my perspective. The team helped me overcome my shakes and calmed me down without needing any sedatives. The dentist was truly wonderful, and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect, except for one issue: parking. I understand the limitations due to the land, but as a blue badge holder, better parking accommodation would have been appreciated, especially since the neighboring church locks their car park. Despite this, the service and care provided were outstanding. Absolutely wonderful people delivering wonderful service!

With five minutes before closing time on Christmas Eve, Vicky was able to sort out two pairs of great quality wellies to help us out on the yard. Most people would have said no, but going the extra mile makes a massive difference. Thank you!

Spoke to a person called Reeba in relation to an email Creation had sent me. I was very impressed with the helpfulness, patience and attention to detail. Once I mentioned I had a disability, she went the extra mile to make sure that Creation could do whatever they could to help me with any account queries or actions I have.

Great food, Appalling, cheapskate delivery

The food side is fantastic however, they are let down by using the worst UK delivery company - Yodel. They consistently do not follow delivery instructions. I've raised this concern, but it's not been responded to. I don't understand how such a good product can choose to be delivered by such a poor delivery service. especially when you're paying £5 for delivery! I'm giving them one last try before cancelling.

Forced to pay for tire recycling, dont refund

Forced to pay for tire recycling, even when you don't want to have your tires recycled, then, despite the fact they say they will refund you, they dont. You end up having to use some useless bot, then get an email expecting you to call them to sort it out.

Its an obvious tactic to try and get more money by people not checking their bank statements to make sure the refund has gone through.

This is an extremely poor experience, and I will certainly never use the service again

Appalling Indian customer services. Avoid like the Plague

Appalling customer services. It's all India based, and you can not get a straight answer out of them. I had to work as a go-between as my partner is hearing impaired and can not understand the thick Indian accent. I struggled too. Nobody in India could give a straight answer on the cost of the last bill, ranging from £41 to £681. Answers were hazy, incoherent, and they just would not listen or understand what we were saying. The web chat was even worse!!

Rang to complain to the head office - to speak to their legal team as they were in breach of Disability Discrimination Act, and was just put through to India again.

We found a contact number through one of the Three stores (who couldn't help, only India could do it) for people with disabilities and managed to get the issue sorted (UK based). They were as shocked as we were over the total incompetence of the India call centre. Happily enough to say, we have now left Three and will never, ever go back.

45 minutes of torture to cancel hosting

It took 45 minutes to cancel hosting, then forced to pay £10 for 6 months domain registration per domain I wanted to keep. I now see where they get their money for their terrible adverts.

For domain cancellations, you are forced to give a reason why you don't want to autorenew. It's my choice, that's all that they should know.

There seems to be some confusion. In regards to your review, the hosting contract you had included free domains. As you now downgraded to domains only, the domains would need to be paid for.

However, this payment is taken at the next renewal date for the domains, which will then renew the domains for 12 months.

If you do not wish to renew, then you would need to set the domain(s) to expire, and the domain(s) renewal and the charge will not take place.

Holds your parcels at ransom

The company is a joke. An International "Priority" package took over a month, only then for them to send me an SMS to state that there is a customs fee. Thats fine. What is not fine is an additional charge because they decided to pay the tax on my behalf without consent. They state it's to "speed things up", however, over a fortnight overdue this is an absolute joke. This is nothing but a money making ransom exercise. The number I had to contact them on was just an automated system with no human to speak to.

Overall, the last 20+ years I have experienced a 100% problem rate with Fedex. They common excuse is "Operational Delay". They are significantly worse that Yodel and Hermes and should not be trusted. I have never had a parcel delivered to me on time.

The VPN is good

The VPN is good, but with the amount of advertising you see everywhere by NordVPN, you can only wonder how much you're being overcharged for the service. I've been with them for a few years now, and my service comes up for renewal later this year and I am thinking of looking elsewhere for a good deal.

They do not have the same great UI for Linux as they do for Windoze, but as someone technically proficient, that's no biggie.

Renewal came, lost confidence. Customer Loyalty is a lie.

Renewal came for my 3rd year. Rediculously expensive so rang up to see what I can do. Spoke to someone in the cancellations department who really did not know what was going on. I had to explain twice that I wanted to cancel, went round and round in circles, started saying I am covered for things that were on the renewal exemption list, and honestly made me lose confidence in Homeserve.

I did actually want to renew, because the peace of mind they offer is great, but when you have eejits like the person I spoke to, it ruins confidence.

I raised a complaint and expressed my concerns a few days back, and nobody has had the dignity to respond back to me. Just goes to show what "customer loyalty" means to them.

I used to love Monzo, but...

I used to love Monzo. I got half my office to switch over to them, however, and I dont know why, but the once amazing customer services have basically turned into the "Computer says no" stock-template-giving team. Asking for more information on issues just lead back to the exact same stock answer. Unfortunately, I have had to switch away to another bank who were more than accomodating and resolved the request I had without skipping a beat, but really would consider moving back if they switch to being super awesome again.

The app is fantastic. User friendly and has amazing features - rounding up, pots, all awesome stuff.

Average bank, but terrible customer services

I recently switched away from Starling. The reasons why are that the app was good, but I always struggled with the navigation on it. It didn't flow as well as it could.
Mainly, however, I left because I found the customer services less than friendly, they came across as cold when I dealt with an issue with a Direct Debit being set up. I got the impression that the person dealing with the issue was almost trying to be awkward since they refused to talk to the organisation trying to set up the mandate, and I had to do it myself. It left a bitter taste with me, and as such decided to leave.

In short, good bank, let down by the app navigation and customer services.

Problems and lack of customer support

After migrating from Monzo, I am running into so much trouble. My card intermittently works, the 3D secure system telling me there is a problem with my card and to contact Starling.

Contacting starling is a nightmare. The app uses a chat system but doesnt actually notify you when someone eventually responds, so I end up going through the same thing again and again.

I had no problems with Monzo and their customer service was superb. I was under the impression Starling was too, but how wrong was I.

I'm willing to take the hit on my credit rating and move back to another account if Starling don't sort my card out. Shame. I was so hopeful.

Their customer service is terrible

Their customer service is terrible, they do not respond back to messages. Whilst advertising that medication can take at most 72 hours (source: their website), my medication has been pending for over a week with no update. As someone who cant get out at the moment, I am left with no option apart from this drug lottery
