Problems and lack of customer support
After migrating from Monzo, I am running into so much trouble. My card intermittently works, the 3D secure system telling me there is a problem with my card and to contact Starling.
Contacting starling is a nightmare. The app uses a chat system but doesnt actually notify you when someone eventually responds, so I end up going through the same thing again and again.
I had no problems with Monzo and their customer service was superb. I was under the impression Starling was too, but how wrong was I.
I'm willing to take the hit on my credit rating and move back to another account if Starling don't sort my card out. Shame. I was so hopeful.
