Absolutely Incompetent and Shockingly Terrible Service
DPD mis-delivered my parcel, despite giving them all the details within their app (including a what3words location), and as such, turned up at the wrong location. They were supposed to re-deliver on the Friday, and didn't. Then deliver on the Saturday, and guess what? They didn't.
Their live chat was appalling, the agent was as useful as the automated bot (I would say AI bot, but intelligence was not a thing really)
Whatever happened since parcels are no longer delivered from local depots, it's gone the wrong way, and continues to do so. From rude drivers to parcels being abandoned in the wrong location, getting soaked in the rain. There's a real downturn in the quality of service. Evri and Yodel provide a far more competent service.
