The food side is fantastic however, they are let down by using the worst UK delivery company - Yodel. They consistently do not follow delivery instructions. I've raised this concern, but it's not been responded to. I don't understand how such a good product can choose to be delivered by such a poor delivery service. especially when you're paying £5 for delivery! I'm giving them one last try before cancelling.
